Mark Klett directed the Rephotographic Survey Project in the 1970s and has staged one-person exhibits at such venues as the Art Institute of Chicago and the National Museum of American Art. His books include Revealing Territory: Photographs of the Southwest and Traces of Eden: Travels in the Desert Southwest.
