SueEllen Campbell teaches at Colorado State University and writes about American nature and wilderness narratives, and twentieth-century literature and theory. A fifth-generation Coloradan, she has traveled widely throughout the United States and abroad, hiking, camping, cross-country skiing, waiting in remote airports, and driving on terrible roads. She lives in the foothills near Fort Collins with her husband and their miniature dachshunds, Marmot and Weasel.
