MAESTROS AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE CHURCH, by Norma Romero

The Maestros, leaders of the church group, are not ordained in the Catholic Church but they follow the Catholic ritual closely. They are assisted by women singers, altar attendants, and girls who wear red crowns called "flower" and who wave red flags in a blessing.
